What's happening in 2024

Life has taken some interesting turns, and we now have some direction. We are relocating to Smithers, BC in the new year, and we are beyond grateful for this opportunity. While our time in Alberta gave us many opportunities that we are thankful for, I think our hearts never left BC.

In other news, I recently started an Art Life Coach certification program. My lived experience using art as a way to heal parts of myself as well as observing others change, grow and heal by pursuing creative outlets has inspired me to expand my knowledge and abilities so that I can gently guide others towards their healing path.

*Please note, I do not believe that creativity can replace traditional therapy, psychiatric care or medication, I believe that it can work alongside current treatments, and therapies. The more resources we have to turn to in difficult times, or as daily practice, the less likely we are to isolate, become deeply depressed, and experience a life-threatening mental health crisis.

My creative goals this year will be further exploration of self, sculpture, and chasing down any other ideas or wants that stir me.
